Thank you to everyone who helped test Alpha 2.0! We have found a ton of bugs and have added some more content in this update! Click the buttons below to download the newest Kingdom Island update!

(You will need to delete the old version. Unfortunately, we had to clear all testing accounts from 2.0, you will need to recreate your character.)

Please help us in finding bugs by filling out our Bug Report form. There are bugs in this alpha release and we’ll work hard to fix them as soon as possible!

Updates in 2.1:

Additions

  • Crown Item can be found at the Castle. Free item!
  • Jester Hat welcome item is now available in the Town Center
  • Wood Bucket Helmet is now available as a reward for a quest from Woodsmith
  • A new quest is available to earn 10 “Raining Fire” spells
  • A new secret reward is available to earn for defeating the Fluffy Battle Quest
  • Updated Island map now includes waterfalls and rapids, and a smoother terrain
  • New AI NPC characters who can help you with battling or quests if you pay them the resources they seek
  • Right-click to attack melee
  • Various user interface additions and fixes
  • Resources are now visibly easier to see on the map
  • Axe Weapon can now be used to farm the wood resource from trees
  • You can now see other dragons at much further distances

Bugs Fixed

  • Resources no longer spawn in water areas
  • Players will no longer get stuck in the water areas
  • Tree collisions are fixed
  • Smoke from buildings now look normal
  • Various assets used to replace placeholders
  • Terrain adjusted for slopes so you can move around the island better
  • Login “Remember Password” fixed
  • Login now allows you to press “tab” to go to the next line
  • Login Button added
  • Elmer now has the correct name
  • Notification errors saying “you cannot loot” have been fixed
  • Level Two battle scene access to Fluffy Quest fixed
  • AI chatting with NPCs is much easier to read and has better answers (drastic prompt updates)
  • Various other optimization and quality of gaming fixes were issued as well

Balancing Changes

  • Wooden Sword damage no longer 1 hit kill
  • Resources are spread out in a more balanced way when many are picked up by players
  • No more auto-healing from attacking or just standing idle
  • Top Bot damage-balanced
  • No Weapon Melee balanced
  • Defeat Fluffy battle quest balanced and optimized for fun
